Please make note of the following policies, Thank you!

  • Cancellations must be made no less than 48 hours in advance, to avoid a full charge UNLESS I (or you) can fill your appointment time slot.

  • Last minute cancellations due to your own illness (or that of a household member, as I request that you reschedule) or some sort of personal emergency will not result in a charge. I trust you to be transparent and honest.

  • Please read your appointment reminders that come to you 48 hours in advance of your appointment. Although you may have read them many times before, this will note your appointment time and gives you a chance to double check that we are on the same page. I'm so sorry but I will have to charge for these missed appointments, as I have no way to fill them at a moments notice and it results in a loss of revenue.

  • If you are not getting appointment reminders, please reach out to me or make sure you have your "Square" reminders turned on. You should be receiving them via text and/or email.

  • Family Illness Policy (NOT COVID): Please cancel your appointment if someone in your household has been ill for less than 72 hours, even if it is NOT COVID and even if YOU FEEL WELL. I will not charge you and this helps to keep me healthy and at work. It's really challenging to reschedule clients when I am ill, for various reasons. I will check in with you upon arrival and will choose to postpone your appointment if someone at home is ill. Please cancel before arrival time to avoid a last minute cancellation charge. Thank you for your understanding!!

  • Travel Guidelines: If you (AIR) travel please either wait 5 days before your next appointment or agree to wear a mask during your session. (Exceptions for in state travel/driving, not exposed to a large group- talk to me). 

  • Covid Exposures: I am still requiring that if you or anyone in your household is exposed to someone who tests positive, please wait 5 days and then receive a negative PCR or home test before you come in for your next appointment.

  • If you have tested positive for Covid, please do not come in until you have received a negative test and wear a mask until day 10, if you are negative sooner than that. Exception: If you are still symptomatic DO NOT come in until symptoms are resolved.

  • I do not offer refunds but you may transfer any unused sessions to another person.
