The pressure and techniques may vary slightly depending upon the desired results and amount of pressure. Both deep & soft tissue massage helps to relieve muscle pain, tightness & tension and improve your range of motion. It also helps to encourage new patterns in the body as muscles are released and/or awakened.

~Pregnancy Massage:
Massage is very beneficial during pregnancy. It eases the emotional changes taking place by promoting relaxation and offering support. It also addresses the structural changes, helping your body adjust throughout the pregnancy. I am State Certified in Pregnancy Massage and can safely work on mothers and their babies.

Myofascial Release is a technique used to work on the muscles, their attachments and connective tissue. It increases the release of muscle tension and helps your body hold the results longer. Myofascial work can be done with light to deep pressure to suit the individual. These techniques are usually included in each session based on the client’s needs.
~Reflexology:
Reflexology is a technique that is performed on the feet. It stimulates the nerve endings in your feet which correspond to all the parts of your body, including organs & glands. Reflexology can help to improve trouble with your immune system, sinus/allergies, digestion, headaches and muscle tension. |
