I am a graduate of The Institute of Conscious Bodywork, Alive & Well, in Corte Madera, California. I specialize in relief from chronic or acute aches, pain & tension; recovery from surgery, auto accidents & injury; and deep relaxation & stress reduction. Whether you want to address structural & postural issues or you need to unwind & calm your body, mind & spirit, I use a combination of advanced techniques that allow me to address your unique, individual needs. These techniques include deep tissue massage,myofascial release, neuromuscular reprogramming, active isolated stretching,craniosacral, lymphatic drainage massage and energy work (polarity).

~About Bodywork and who benefits from it:
“Bodywork” encompasses many different modalities, including massage, and offers a wide range of benefits. It can be successful in treating chronic aches, pains & tension or soreness due to accident or injury as well as stress reduction, creating a greater opportunity to heal. Most often, pain & tension in the body comes from some sort of trauma whether it’s from a fall, accident, surgery, chronic overuse pattern or stress. When this occurs, the body usually adopts compensation patterns which can add to the original discomfort. Bodywork is a very successful resource for treating pain & tension. The work I do has been successful in providing relief from TMJ, headaches & migraines, back pain (including sciatica), neck and/or shoulder pain (including whiplash & frozen shoulder), pain or tension in the extremities, lack of range of motion, carpal tunnel symptoms, tension, stress & anxiety and improving postural & structural issues.
